Vancouver-based artist Colette Tan is an ethereal abstract artist. She seeks to paint from the spiritual realm in the practice of her creative process. Each painting is first conceived with a message in mind and executed through a carefully chosen subject matter. She aims to restore the mortal soul through the beauty of her art and believes that the life within the paintings will do just the job with the accompanying atmospheric element, whereby a direct divine influence would exert deeply unto the spirits of men. Her modern abstract impressionistic style is quintessential Colette, and it often elevates both interior and architectural design to a whole new level of sophistication and class.
